PAYMENT TERMS
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
You agree that all sales are final except as expressly stated in Section 6.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our offerings and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final.
Refunds are granted only in the following situations:
Duplicate purchases of the same product
Verified technical failure that prevents access and cannot be resolved

CHARGEBACK POLICY
You agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at support@lanaromanova.com and allowing us the opportunity to resolve the issue.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in:
Immediate termination of access
Permanent ban from future purchases
Submission of evidence to your bank or payment processor
Legal action to recover losses, fees, and damages
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content provided by Lana Romanova is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Share login credentials
Distribute or resell content
Copy, reproduce, or modify materials
Record sessions or content
Upload materials to any public or private platform
All purchases grant a single-user, non-transferable license.
Violation of this section results in immediate termination of access without refund and possible legal action.
ACCOUNT TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access, without refund, if you:

Abuse staff or community members
Share or pirate content
Engage in fraudulent behavior
File unauthorized chargebacks

We reserve the right to remove participants who breach confidentiality.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION – ARBITRATION ONLY
Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in California.
You waive your right to:
File a lawsuit in court
Participate in class actions
Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise required by law.
FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or platform failures.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lana Romanova and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
