Digital Products & Programs

All courses and programs offered by Lana Romanova are digital educational products delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

Immediate Access Programs

For programs that provide immediate access to materials upon purchase, no refunds will be granted once access has been delivered.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital access cannot be returned or revoked.

Drip Content Programs (Weekly Release)

For programs delivered over time (weekly module release):

• No refunds are available after the first module has been accessed.
• Access to future modules does not qualify for partial refunds.
• Payment plans remain due in full even if you choose to discontinue participation.

Enrollment secures your spot and grants access to proprietary educational content as it is released.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in cases of:

• Duplicate payments
• Verified technical errors preventing access

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in removal of access to all programs and future services.
