These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into by and between you ("Client," "User," or "you") and Svetlana Cordaro, doing business as Lana Romanova ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing, purchasing, or using any of our websites, programs, products, services, or content, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By purchasing, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

  • Mini-courses

  • Private coaching

  • Group programs

  • Memberships

  • Workbooks, PDFs, and written materials

  • Audio content

  • Live workshops and events

All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We are not licensed therapists, psychologists, physicians, attorneys, or financial advisors.

Nothing provided by Lana Romanova should be considered a substitute for professional advice.

NO GUARANTEES OR PROMISES

We make no guarantees regarding:

PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method.

You agree that all sales are final except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan, you authorize the Company to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the agreed payment schedule until all installments have been paid in full.

Failure to complete installment payments does not cancel your payment obligation or release you from the remaining balance.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our offerings and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final.

Accessing digital materials or attending any coaching session constitutes use of the purchased service.

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchases of the same product

  • Verified technical failure preventing access that cannot reasonably be resolved

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to: support@lanaromanova.com

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of results

  • Emotional dissatisfaction

  • Failure to complete the program

  • Misunderstanding of the content

CHARGEBACK POLICY

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at support@lanaromanova.com and allowing us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

Submitting an unauthorized chargeback may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access

  • Permanent restriction from future purchases

  • Submission of supporting evidence to your bank or payment processor

  • Legal action to recover fees, damages, and associated costs where permitted by law

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided by Lana Romanova, including but not limited to coaching materials, courses, workbooks, PDFs, videos, audio recordings, worksheets, presentations, and written content, is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable, revocable license for your personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share login credentials.

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or resell any content.

  • Record coaching sessions without prior written permission.

  • Upload Company materials to any public or private platform.

  • Upload, submit, or otherwise provide any Company materials to artificial intelligence systems, language models, or similar technologies for the purpose of reproducing, redistributing, creating derivative works, training AI models, or making the content available to others without prior written permission.

  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may also result in legal action where permitted by law.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Coaching sessions are intended to be private and confidential.

The Company will treat personal information shared during private coaching sessions with discretion and respect.

However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group programs or live events involving multiple participants.

Participants agree to respect the privacy of others and not disclose confidential information shared by other participants.

SESSION RECORDINGS

Coaching sessions may be recorded by Lana Romanova for educational purposes, quality assurance, or to provide the Client with access to the session after it has concluded.

Session recordings remain the exclusive intellectual property of Lana Romanova and are provided solely for the Client's personal use.

Clients may not record, copy, reproduce, distribute, share, publish, sell, upload, or otherwise make available any coaching session, in whole or in part, without prior written permission.

Unauthorized recording or distribution of coaching sessions constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access to all programs and services without refund, as well as any other remedies available under applicable law.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

The Company provides education, coaching, guidance, and personalized feedback.

Clients remain solely responsible for the decisions they make, the actions they take, and the outcomes they experience as a result of participating in any program or service.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

The Company reserves the right, without prior notice, to suspend or terminate access to any product or service, without refund, if a Client:

  • Violates these Terms

  • Abuses staff or community members

  • Shares or pirates content

  • Engages in fraudulent or unlawful behavior

  • Initiates unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All products, services, and content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or continuous availability of any website, platform, or service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability arising out of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Emotional distress

  • Dating or relationship outcomes

  • Financial decisions

  • Personal choices

  • Third-party actions

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lana Romanova, Svetlana Cordaro, and all affiliates, employees, contractors, successors, and assigns from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal fees arising from your misuse of the Company's products or services or your violation of these Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Company's products or services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of California.

By agreeing to these Terms, both parties waive the right to:

  • File a lawsuit in court (except where arbitration is prohibited by law)

  • Participate in class action lawsuits

Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise required by applicable law or determined by the arbitrator.

FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, labor disputes, pandemics, platform failures, or other unforeseen events.

MODIFICATIONS

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

The most current version will always be published on this website.

Continued use of the Company's products or services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company regarding the purchase and use of the Company's products and services and supersede all prior agreements, communications, or understandings relating to the subject matter herein.
